By accepting these general conditions of sale, I am aware that my stay takes place in the heart of nature, with the hazards that nature can present: variable weather, the presence of insects, birds and mammals near the huts and that it is possible to encounter them also indoors.
Your stay will take place in the heart of a natural domain. During your trips and walks, we ask you to respect the calm of the site. Upon arrival, we will give you an access and traffic map on the estate. Thanks in advance for your understanding!
During your stay, we ask you to respect all safety instructions as explained to you by our reception team.
I — Cabin stays
1. Booking
You can make your reservation:

To book accommodation in our domain, one of the people staying in the cabin must be at least 18 years old. An ID may be requested upon arrival.
2. Regulations
For bookings made less than 15 days before the arrival date, immediate payment will be requested by credit card or bank transfer with proof of payment.
a) Payment by bank card
For reservations made through our online reservation system with secure credit card payment, the amount of the stay will be debited in full and your reservation will be confirmed.
b) Payment by another payment method
For payments by check, holiday vouchers, or bank transfer, the reservation is blocked for 15 days. Receiving payment within this period will validate the reservation. Attention: your reservation option may be cancelled in the event of late payment for the stay, with the option deadline being set at 15 days.
3. Accepted payment methods
Bank card: Mastercard and Visa.
Cash (to be paid on site at the reception of the domain before the stay).
Bank transfer: RIB: 10207 00491 23219275249 94 — IBAN: FR76 1020 7004 9123 2192 7524 994 — BIC: CCBPFRPPMTG — The sum must be paid in full to our bank account: the transfer costs are at your expense.
Bank or postal check, payable to Les Cabanes de La Réserve (French accounts only).
ANCV holiday vouchers (paper and dematerialized). For information, we cannot refund vacation vouchers for legal reasons. If our general conditions of sale allow it, we can however postpone your stay to another date.

4. Modifying or cancelling your reservation
For any modification or cancellation, a written request by email will always be requested. Your file number must be provided in the subject line of the email.
a) Cancellation before your stay, by yourself
In the event of a serious illness, serious accident or death of a registered occupant, the stay will be fully reimbursed on medical proof or death certificate.
In the event of a serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member not staying in the cabin, the stay will be postponed free of charge within 12 months following the cancellation, on medical proof or death certificate only. No refund can be requested.
In both cases, the medical certificate must be sent to us by email a maximum of 3 days after the initial date of arrival of the stay and the death certificate is to be sent to us by email a maximum of 7 days after the initial date of arrival of the stay. As far as possible, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible of your cancellation.
For any stay that is cancelled and does not fall within the cancellation clauses mentioned above, the following conditions apply:
— more than 30 days before the stay, no fees will be retained. 100% refund.
— between 30 days and 15 days before the stay, 30% of the amount of the accommodation will be retained (excluding benefits).
— between 15 days and 8 days before the stay, 50% of the amount of the accommodation will be retained (excluding benefits).
— for any stay cancelled in the 7 days preceding the arrival date, interrupted or not consumed, the entire amount of the booked stay will be due or will remain acquired by Les Cabanes de La Réserve.
b) Modification before your stay, by yourself
More than 15 days before the stay, the modification can take place free of charge over the same price period, depending on availability. For any transfer to a different rate period, the price difference must be paid.
Less than 15 days before your stay, the date of stay cannot be changed.
The same reservation cannot be postponed more than 2 times in accordance with the conditions mentioned above. A delayed reservation cannot be canceled or the cancellation conditions linked to the first reservation will be applied.
c) Modification or cancellation of your stay by Les Cabanes de La Réserve BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
In the event of an orange weather alert, with external events announced, beyond our control, such as bad weather, storm or storm, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. In this context, we will suggest that you postpone your stay in the cabin to a later date, within the current 12 months. If you have already left your home, we will offer you to relocate to other types of accommodation at no extra charge. And only in this case, you will benefit from a 50% discount on a next equivalent stay in a cabin within the current 12 months.
If none of these offers satisfied you, all the amounts paid will be refunded to you; no other compensation can be claimed.
If your reservation is based on a gift voucher, the general terms and conditions of sale of gift vouchers apply.
d) Modification or cancellation of stay by Les Cabanes de La Réserve ON SITE
In the event of an Orange weather alert, with external events announced, beyond our control, such as bad weather, storm or storm, the management reserves the right to cancel your night in a cabin, for safety reasons. Relocation to other types of accommodation will be offered to you according to availability and at no extra charge, and in this case only, you will benefit from a 50% discount on a next equivalent stay in a cabin within the current 12 months. No other compensation can be claimed. Only if we did not have a relocation solution available, all the amounts paid will be reimbursed to you or an extension of the date will be offered to you, within the current 12 months.
e) Modification or cancellation of your stay by yourself ON SITE
In the event of a refusal to access your cabin (fear, vertigo...), no compensation can be claimed.
5. Caution
We inform you that due to a significant number of cabin flights in recent seasons, we have implemented a deposit system. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a credit card imprint in the amount of 150 euros. However, this amount will not be debited from your account and the bank imprint will be systematically cancelled after your stay. Unfortunately, in the event of finding missing or broken objects/furniture in your cabin during cleaning, we will be obliged to partially or fully cash the deposit depending on the missing/broken items or in the event of services not paid on site.
Please note that some of the objects in the cabin are for sale in our shop at the reception if you want to leave with a souvenir of your stay and for those that are not on sale, we will be happy to tell you where you can get them when possible. Thanks for your understanding.
6. Capacity
The number of people mentioned (children included) per cabin in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons. If the number of people authorized in the chosen accommodation is exceeded, access may be refused.
7. Rates
Our rates include all taxes. Only the prices listed on our website are authentic. These rates vary according to the season. Tourist tax may be added to this price.
8. Kids
The age of the children is calculated in relation to their birthday and the start date of the stay. An official document justifying the age of the children may be requested at the beginning of the stay. Family huts can accommodate all children without a minimum age. Duo huts accept children from the age of 12.
9. Special conditions
Access to the “ladder” huts (duo spa treehouses perched in the trees) is not recommended for pregnant women. Access to tree houses is prohibited for people who are prone to vertigo, sleepwalking, or have uncorrected heart or vision problems.
10. Animals
Cabins with access to the ground or by stairs can now accommodate a dog with a supplement of €25 per night to be paid on site. The service includes sweets upon arrival and on request: waste bags and loan of bowls and a basket. In case of damage during the stay, additional costs may be deducted from the deposit. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the domain. For security reasons, dogs are not allowed on cabins with ladder access (Haven of Peace, Time Suspended, Terre-et-Ciel, Seventh Heaven, Belle Forêt, Nid des Bois, Nid des Bois, Lair du Trapeur and Haut Perchoir). Other animals are not allowed in the huts and on the estate.
11. Valuable objects
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the huts. Management cannot be held responsible for flights during your stay.
12. Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes
It is strictly forbidden to be drunk in the cabins or on the estate. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. All our cabins are equipped with terraces on which you are allowed to smoke, as no cigarette butts will be left in nature.
13. Massage services
For our massage services, we work with masseurs outside our domain. It is therefore mandatory to pay at least 50% of these services when booking them to confirm your massage and your practitioner. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of your stay, we will keep 50% of the amount of the massage service. The wellness area of Les Cabanes de La Réserve will be created for the 2024 season.
14. External speakers
It is not authorized to involve an external service provider in your cabin or on the estate (photographer, decorator, event agency...) without authorization from the Cabanes de La Réserve team. If you need an external service provider, you can contact us at reservation@cabanesdelareserve.com and we can study your request together.
15. Complaints
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with A.R. within 30 days following the stay to the following address:

16. Litigation
In the event of a dispute, either the jurisdiction of your place of residence at the time of signing the contract, or the jurisdiction of the Court of Compiègne is recognized.
II — Gift vouchers
1. Buying a gift voucher
a) Validity of gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for life, with no time limit. Even in the event of a price increase, no additional payment will be required from the beneficiary in the 2 years following the purchase of the gift voucher. However, the price difference will be borne by the beneficiary if the gift voucher is used 2 years after the date of purchase.
They can be used every day after the opening of the domain at Les Cabanes de La Réserve or on one of the other Coucoo Cabanes domains. As our cabins are very successful, we advise you to inform the recipient of the gift voucher to book their cabin between 6 months and 1 year before the date of their stay.
b) Withdrawal
A period of 14 days following the date of ordering your gift voucher is granted regardless of the method of payment, only if the gift voucher has not already been used to book a stay. Beyond these 14 days, no refund will be possible.
2. Booking with a gift voucher
Our gift vouchers are valid for life, with no time limit. Even in the event of a price increase, no additional payment will be required in the 2 years following the purchase of your gift voucher. However, the price difference will be at your expense if you use your gift voucher 2 years after the date of purchase.
They can be used every day the domain opens at Les Cabanes de La Réserve or on one of the other Coucoo Cabanes domains. If used on an area other than Les Cabanes de La Réserve, a price difference is possible. In fact, prices vary from one domain to another for the same cabin category.
a) Cancellation before your stay:
Our gift vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you have the option of changing the date of your stay in accordance with the procedures described below.
b) Modification before your stay:
The same conditions as for a classic reservation apply, while respecting the validity date of your gift voucher (see II — 1.a).
c) Modification or cancellation of your stay by Les Cabanes de La Réserve BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
The same conditions as for a classic reservation apply (excluding reimbursement), while respecting the validity date of your gift voucher (see II — 1.a).
d) Modification or cancellation of stay by Les Cabanes de La Réserve ON SITE
The same conditions as for a classic reservation apply (excluding reimbursement), while respecting the validity date of your gift voucher (see II — 1.a).
e) Modification or cancellation of your stay by yourself ON SITE
The same conditions as for a classic reservation apply, while respecting the validity date of your gift voucher (see II — 1.a).
