Is it possible to come by train?

What do I have in my bag?

You don't need much, the essentials are in your cabin!

We recommend that you pack in your (small) bag:

- Clothes adapted to the season

- Slippers for maximum comfort

- Of Slides to access your Nordic bath

- A laptop to capture your wonderful moments

- A swimsuit for the cabins with Nordic bath

Towels, sheets, shower gel, shampoo, coffee and tea are provided.

What are the arrival and departure times?

The keys are handed over from 4 p.m. and until 6 p.m.. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know your time slot so that we can organize your arrival in the best conditions.

When you leave, the keys are returned at 11 am At the latest (13:00 for the brunch option with late departure). It is possible to stroll around the estate outside of arrival and departure times.

How to give an overnight stay in the form of a gift voucher?

Go to the page, select the cabin of your choice, and follow the procedure. You will quickly receive your gift voucher ready to give and valid for life.

What are the payment methods?

When booking on our website, you can choose from:

- Instant and secure payment by bank card

- One payment by Check or vacation vouchers

- One bank transfer (the transfer fees will be at your expense).

Payment must be recorded within 15 days of making the reservation. If this is not the case, the reservation will unfortunately be cancelled.

How do I make a reservation?

Can we fish on the estate?

Yes, no-kill fishing is allowed. All the information on fishing is to be found here.

Am I safe?

The estate is a protected wilderness, with animals and insects. The cabins welcome you safely, to make the most of them. In case of emergency, you can contact us 24 hours a day via a special number.

Swimming and fires

Bathing is forbidden and it is not allowed to have barbecues or fires on the estate. It is also Forbidden to use any other flame-burning object than the equipment we provide you with. Thanks in advance for your understanding!

Can I bring a baby?

- If your baby is not walking yet: You can book some of our duo huts on stilts and ask for an umbrella bed. To check that the cabin of your choice is accessible with a baby, do not hesitate to ask our reservation agent at reservation@cabanesdelareserve.com

- If your baby is walking: We invite you to book one of our family cabins, which are especially safe for children.

I am pregnant, can I come to a cabin and enjoy the Nordic bath?

It may not be recommended to access some cabins when you are pregnant. To do this, do not hesitate to contact us so that our team can best advise you. La Bathing in the Nordic baths is unfortunately strongly discouraged for pregnant women due to the temperature of the baths.

How do I use the Nordic bath?

The heated Nordic bath works automatically, it will already be hot when you arrive.

Who can't swim in the hot tub?

- Children under 6 : Bathing children in the Nordic bath is under the sole responsibility of their parents or carers. We do not recommend swimming for children under 6 years of age due to the temperature of the hot tubs.

What is the temperature of the hot tub?

The temperature of the hot tub is included between 35 and 40°. In fact, the temperature of the baths can vary according to the seasons in order to guarantee you the most comfortable swim.

How is hot tub water treated?

Our Nordic baths offered by Altipure are equipped with the innovative Ultra Bio Ozone technology. Thanks to their ecological treatment and filtration system, we do not use no chemicals.

Is there a wifi connection?

The huts are not equipped with wifi (except for the Le Refuge cabin, and the La Ruche seminar area). It's time to disconnect and give yourself a moment out of time to escape from your daily routine.

How do you put luggage in the cabins?

The rope by which we deliver the packed lunches in the huts perched in the trees also makes it possible to Assemble your luggage. That's why you need to charge them as little as possible.

Are the cabins heated?

All our cabins have a electric heating. However, bring clothes adapted to seasonal temperatures, and slippers!

How is the bedding?

The double beds measure 160 x 200 cm (23 cm thick) and the single beds are 90 x 190 cm. They are all equipped with pillows and duvets. Bed and bath sheets are provided. Everything is provided for a cozy and comfortable stay!

Are animals allowed?

Cabins with access to the ground or by stairs can now accommodate a dog with a supplement of €25 per night to be paid on site. The service includes sweets upon arrival and on request: waste bags and loan of bowls and a basket. In case of damage during the stay, additional costs may be deducted from the deposit. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the domain. For security reasons, dogs are not allowed on cabins with ladder access (Haven of Peace, Time Suspended, Terre-et-Ciel, Seventh Heaven, Belle Forêt, Nid des Bois, Nid des Bois, Lair du Trapeur and Haut Perchoir). Other animals are not allowed in the huts and on the estate.

Is it possible to park on the estate?

We have a free parking at the entrance of the domain, on which we invite you to park. Car traffic is not allowed within the grounds of the estate, but your cabin is accessible on foot or by electric cart with our team if necessary.

Are the huts close to each other?

All the huts have been designed Without vis a vis from one to the other.

They are located in the heart of a natural, wild, wooded and lake area. When traveling and walking, please respect the calm of the site. Upon arrival, we will give you a map showing you the paths and walking trails.

Is there a grocery store on site?

We have a Coucoo store at the reception of the huts. You can find a selection of food (aperitif cakes...) and drinks (beers, wines...) from our local producers, as well as other items (home fragrances, soaps, games...).

Can we bring our own food?

In fact, you can bring a cold meal to enjoy in your cabin. On the other hand, there is nothing on site to warm him up (except in some huts on stilts).

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is always included in the rates of our cabins.
