Prepare a delight

Chemex is a type of coffee maker associated with the “Slow coffee” wave, which favors the time devoted to the manual preparation of quality coffee. This gentle and patient method makes it possible to obtain a cup of coffee with aromas distinctly different from those produced by an espresso extraction, for example.

Coffee, instructions for use...

1. Refill the kettle half water and heat it to a temperature between 90°C and 95°C.
2. Install the filter in the coffee maker and add the ground coffee. For two people, use six teaspoons, and if you prefer your coffee stronger, feel free to add an extra scoop or two.
3. Humidify slightly Cover the ground coffee with water and let it rest for about 30 seconds.
4. Afterwards, Pour in the rest of the water gradually over the coffee in circles, then remove the filter and throw it into the appropriate trash can.
5. Wait a minute to allow coffee to fully release its aromas.
6. Enjoy!
